MAPPLCOM & AFGHAN TELECOM/SALAAM are committed to establish & operate an International Telecom Hubbing/Aggregation & Award-Winning Value Added Next-Generation Products & Services combined with technological & commercial infrastructure to handle voice & data telecom traffic nation-wide and international as well. MAPPLCOM & AFTEL/SALAAM also intend to establish Next-Generation Transit Data HUB at Kabul for Central Asian Countries and provide direct connectivity through all 18 major Undersea/Submarine Cable Systems. In this Partnership AFGHAN TEL/SALAAM shall be an exclusive partner for MAPPLCOM for obtaining any services within the territory of Afghanistan, as well as MAPPLCOM shall be exclusive partner for AFTEL/SALAAM for any services within the territory of Afghanistan and in International Marketplace as well. The entire scope consists of various phases with different technical, commercial and legal requirements. Each phase shall be executed independently and shall not delay launch of other phases.
